At S3E, we believe in CrossFit. We know that it works for every body IF they are willing to do the hard work. Each day is different, focusing on helping you meet your goals in a challenging, safe, and awesome environment. Our coaches live and breathe CrossFit methodology and know infinite ways to modify each workout for you to achieve the intended stimulus. CrossFit is designed to improve your overall fitness, thus ensuring you can do well at any task or challenge life throws your way now and long into the future. That is a big goal and a big responsibility and it is one we never take lightly.


You want to work toward being incredibly fit, look better naked, find health, be ready for any of the recreational activities you love to do, and make your daily workout an integral part of your life. Our program delivers on the CrossFit tenets of constantly varied, functional movements, done at appropriate intensity for you. This is how you are provided a fun, challenging, and rewarding path to achieving unparalleled fitness through daily group class attendance. CrossFit classes are the backbone of what we do at S3E. In a small group setting, we will coach you through an hour-long session (warm-up, skill work, WOD, mobility, etc.) alongside some of the best friends and family you’ve EVER had in a gym. You will learn the basics of powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, simple gymnastics and bodyweight movements. You will always receive instruction from a highly trained and experienced coach and will constantly be observed to ensure that you are performing all movements in a safe and efficient manner.


You are 65 or a little more, but nowhere near ready to slow down. You want to improve your functional fitness so you can keep that all important brain-body connection sharp as you age. That makes you a LEGEND in our book!

Our Legends program increases functional capacity, strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination in a fun and challenging environment amongst those of a similar age. Yes, it is still CrossFit but there is no previous exercise history required. 

The CrossFit Legends program at S3E is specifically designed for you and is delivered in a small group setting where we coach you through an hour-long session that focuses on improving your mobility, flexibility, balance, coordination, stamina, strength, and power. Our goal is to enhance your ability to perform daily tasks. Just like in all our programs, you will receive instruction from a highly trained and experienced coach and will constantly be observed to ensure that you are performing all movements in a safe and efficient manner.

Personal Coaching

For many people, our group CrossFit classes are everything they need to meet their goals. Yet their are times when the group class approach is not the ideal solution to you and your situation. Whether you need a long-term one-on-one program, have very specific needs or goals that may require some laser-like focus, or you just feel the need for more personalized instruction, our personal coaching may be your best option. We will work with your schedule to conduct these one-hour, one-on-one sessions to help you reach your goals in the most effective, safest environment possible. This can also be one of the best ways to start your journey here at S3E CrossFit. You’ll be light years ahead of where you would have been with even a single month of one-on-one coaching. You’ll also have a much greater chance of sticking with it, reaching your goals and seeing the results. This is where you climb your mountaintop with a strong guide right there with you. Our personal coaching always comes with nutrition coaching as well.

Nutrition Coaching

You want to get healthy, get lean, get strong. Sure, CrossFit is a big part of achieving those goals but nutrition is crucial to both health and performance. Call it the foundation of the pyramid on which you will build the life you so desire. Whether you need to establish a lifelong approach to food, want to improve your performance, or make changes to your body composition, our team of nutrition coaches will guide and support you to results you never thought possible. Working with a nutrition coach, you will find their passion is helping you find balance in your life. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations, goals around bodies and needs for performance. Our approach to nutrition coaching is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. Your coach will walk alongside you as you learn what works for you. Believe it or not, our goal with every client is to guide you to the point where you don’t need us at all. You know you best and ultimately your nutrition should fit your lifestyle easily.
