Our Legends program increases functional capacity, strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination in a fun and challenging environment amongst those of a similar age. Yes, it is still CrossFit but there is no previous exercise history required.
The CrossFit Legends program at S3E is specifically designed for you and is delivered in a small group setting where we coach you through an hour-long session that focuses on improving your mobility, flexibility, balance, coordination, stamina, strength, and power. Our goal is to enhance your ability to perform daily tasks. Just like in all our programs, you will receive instruction from a highly trained and experienced coach and will constantly be observed to ensure that you are performing all movements in a safe and efficient manner.
