You are able to put your membership on hold for up to 12 weeks if you are injured, busier than usual or expecting to spend time out of town. Please let us know two weeks in advance of your hold period and we will arrange to suspend your payments. We’ll need a start and finish date as we will automatically to restart your membership when your hold period is complete. We can only put a membership on hold for a maximum of 12weeks. Anything more might considered a cancellation, which can be carried out in accordance with our normal cancellation terms.
To cancel your membership, email us four weeks before you plan to stop coming to our gym. Once submitted one of our friendly team will contact you to arrange your cancellation. Any cancelled members will be charged at current membership rates if they decide to rejoin.
If you are an experienced CrossFitter who is travelling from out of town then we would love to host you. Please visit our Calendar page to see our current schedule. Once you’ve decided on a class that works for you, simply register for it through the Zen Planner link for that class and pay for the drop-in charge. Yes, we offer a free trial class to anyone who wants to try S3E CrossFit for the first time. Simply click the “Book Now” button at the top of the page and complete the Free Trial class form and book in a time to come in for your first class. After you have attended your free class we encourage you to become part of the community so you can make the most of what our gym has to offer.
